RETURNS INFORMATION
Please read our Returns terms and conditions below carefully.
MASH does not offer a refund and we do not cover the cost of return postage. We are happy to provide an exchange or credit note on items that are unworn, have the original tags still attached and are in the original condition. MASH has the right to refuse any return we believe not in the original condition and your item/s will be sent back to you with no exchange, credit or refund issued.
Please note we do not accept exchanges on SALE items.

CHANGE OF MIND PURCHASES
We are happy to provide a credit note or exchange on change of mind purchases EXCLUDING SALE ITEMS. Items must be returned in original condition as stated above. Postage will be at customers cost.
SALE ITEMS
We do not provide exchange or returns of any SALE items. All sale items are final.
CHANGE OF SIZE
We are happy to provide a size exchange on items in the original and unworn condition. Please note we do not cover the cost of postage.
FAULTY ITEMS
MASH customers returning faulty items are eligible to either a replacement or refund. All faulty goods are subject to MASH's discretion.
REFUNDS
MASH will happily provide a refund to items that we deem to be faulty within a 7 day period. We will only accept items returned with proof of purchase and the correct washing instructions have been followed. MASH will inspect the item and if deemed to be faulty we will issue your credit card with a full refund including original postage. MASH has the right to send back any item that we deem not faulty, has been damaged or has been worn.
REPLACEMENTS
MASH will replace any item deemed to be faulty with a replacement if that item is still in stock. If you do not wish for a replacement of your item you may choose a refund.
